Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items. Return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong colour, texture, scent, or product choice for purchases made through our online webshop. Nor do we refund for a change of mind. Items purchased from other retailers cannot be returned at X-Infex. Please contact the retailer with whom you purchased your product with directly. A refund is not available if the customer bought the product for someone else who does not want it.
X-Infex Inside products are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction. Without any known irritants, the offered products have virtually no risk. If you do experience an allergic reaction cease use. X-Infex is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient; please read the ingredient list on this web site before purchase or use.
We solely refund / exchange on faulty products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and packed in the original packaging. You must still have the original receipt.
For any product return to be considered for exchange, repair, credit or refund, you must first contact Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not send products back without having direct instructions from one of the X-Infex representatives first. Return in itself does not guarantee entitlement, and we do not accept responsibility should the items become lost or damaged in transit.
